  • upload your student's portrait asap and no later than Feb 21st. This is so we can provide feedback to you if needed.

  • for those students without usable portraits, only their names will be listed on their respective class pages.

We highly recommend parents take advantage of the professional photograph service offered through Lifetouch. Virtual students should come to ROE on Jan 28th Tuesday, February 2, 2021 between 8:00 - 9:00 am to get their picture taken. Please enter the building through Avalon and plan to stop at Wellness Station D for a temperature and mask check. Mask will be removed only when the photo is taken. The entire contactless and safe process expects to take just a few minutes.

Portrait specifications will be shared with students without portraits in February so parents can take and upload portraits for their students to Jostens directly.

  • Please upload them at (User ID: 415773972).

  • Please document each picture with kids’ name(s), grades, event/activity, and other details. Our helpers only know a handful of kids. These annotations will guide us to place your pictures onto the right page.

  • We value high-resolution pictures taken through professional cameras.

The yearbook editors will review all photos and determine final yearbook content. We cannot guarantee that all submissions will be used in the book.

Q: Can I email in my pictures?

No. Pictures are collected only through the vendor online script so they can be indexed in Jostens' image database directly.
